I agree with you. At my doctors office the receptionists have made 3 mistakes so far. The latest big mistake, was when i asked them where i should go for exrays, they said i could go to this facility that was a walk in and that they accepted my insurance. Well, the next morning i called that office and i also asked them if they accepted my insurance and they also said yes, so i went and had the exrays. 5 weeks passed, i get a bill and i may have to pay for a mistake on the receptionists part, they are the ones who made the mistake, they have the insurance book with the doctors who accept the insurance and they did not check it. So that is why i think (doctors,) them selves should have email, because the doctors kmow more than the receptionists.
