I'm not sure why you are asking about these two diseases, but if you are having roaming joint pain and other symptoms over a period of time. have your Dr. check for Wegener's Granulamotosis. It is an auto-immune disease and often seems like other things, but doesn't usually respond to normal treatments. Sinus, Lung, Kidney are other usual areas for symptoms, but it is treatable with predisone and cytoxin.
