I have a friend who has the worst case of Fibromyalgia her doctors have ever seen. She is in so much pain that even sheets hurt her when they touch her skin. She has several young children that she has been unable to raise because of her Fibromyalgia. Her husband is an OBGYN and a saint because he works his practice, does housework, laundry, shopping etc. because she is incapable of doing these things herself. She has a morphine patch that she wears 24 hours to help with the pain. She doesn't leave the house and stays in the basement because it's quieter and darker there. She is no longer interested in her appearance and doesn't even brush her hair anymore.Do you think DHEA would help her? Were your symptoms any where near as severe as hers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
