I highly recommend a chiropractor. Medical doctors just want to give you drugs (muscle relaxers and pain relievers) a GOOD chiro will take XRAYS and has looked at many more necks than anyone Doctor BUT a surgeon. A GOOD chiro will diagnose and if they cant fix it they will send you to a doctor....a doctor will hardly ever send you to a chiro. I didnt start using chiro until my husband was in a severe accident and the doctors told him nothing was wrong with him..it was quite natural that he couldnt let his arm fall to his side..it had to be held over his head....If it werent for the chiro he would be disabled now. Find a chiro that uses a accupressure type devise and not one that wants to twist and turn you.
