Your wife should have an ambulatory EEG done (24 hours), and also should wear a cardiac event monitor for a few days..Her symptoms are consistent with several "differential diagnosis".. #1....some sort of irregularity in her heart beat, (possiby fibrilation). #2 could be some sort of seizure activity. The bowell/urination happens sometimes with either event, cardiac or seizure.. #3...drastic, sudden change in her blood sugar level. These are the first ones that come to mind, but I am sure there are many possibilities for her symptoms.. Your wife should definitely see a doctor. Hope this helps, Pam
