Well I am getting better...:O) I have been at the CBI (Canadian Back Intitute)for two 1/2 weeks and doing much better.I'm not 100% pain free yet but doing much better.The exercises are the healer and ice instead of heat, heat feels better but just hides the pain temporarily.Doing the stretching exercises makes all the difference in the world. They seem to help with pain control as well, at least for me. You can check the CBI online.I maybe going back to work real soon! Best of luck to you all :O)
