I too have the same problem with 2 herniations. I really don't have an answer but I know how badly the pain can get. I was really hoping it would start getting better with the home traction and meds but it hasn't yet. It's been since March for me. My doc has left the surgery option up to me. He said I would let him know when. Good luck to you an I hope you all feel better soon.
