I am in the exact same position as you are and am searching for something that works as well. I have seen dermatologists many times throughout the past 4 years and they have given me all kinds of creams that did not work for me but maybe they will for you, I'll give you the names to try...1) Dermasone ointment 0.05% w/w clobetasol 17 - propionate ointment(this is a Technilab product)ask your doctor for it. 2) Celestoderm v 0.1% cr Betamethasone val 0.1%cr. They also told me to soak my hands in Doak oil 2 or 3 times a day. You can by this at a drug store. The only comfort I get when the excema is not cracked and bleading is using a non-perfume moisturizer such as "Galaxal Base" and "Eucerin" You need to apply these frequently throughout the day whenever your hands get dry. This makes it difficult to touch things because it makes everything greasy but if it helps who cares! right! I hope I could help and if you find out anything that might help with this please let me know. Thanks.....Jenn
