I have been also diagnosed with dermatitis herpetiformis. There are no other drugs but dapsone for it but make sure that you are checked often because it can cause liver damage. I also have rosacea. I only use Metrogel cream and it helps. When there are large flare-ups, I am prescribed some antibiotics which helps. How are you cooping with your glutten free meals? How do you know which food contains flour or not...for example, does ketchup has any? Soya sauce? Weiners?
