Does anyone have any information on how diet affects the goitre? I figure what we eat MUST play a part in developing/treating goitres - so maybe someone has found that introducing or cutting out certain foods has helped to reduce a goitre. My doc says my thyroid functions as it should. I am not on any medication and have had the goitre for two years with no apparent ill effects. Let me know
