Just because your hypoglecemic dosn't mean you lak sugar . the more refined and concentrated sugars you eat the more insulin your body produces when your hypoglecemic which cause your blood sugar to be low (tired?). The best thing is to est six small meals a day. Lessen concetrated sugars and eat complex carbs. Eat fiber and protein they help slow down the digestion of sugar, and never take the herb chromium picolinate or herbs which block the absorbtion of sugar.
