Can you tell me if you had herniation as a result of the injury at work and how it happened? I too had a herniated disc at c5-6 with pain and no relief. This was from an auto accident. I had surgery with fusion done. I now have herniation at c6-7. Not much relief of the pain. The best I can tell you is to see a pain doctor. They can help and they know of different procedures.
