Hi I have had Crohns disease for the last 6 years. At the beginning I was ill because I didn't look after myself but I'm in remission now for the last 8 months and off steroids. My best advice to you is to free your mind from stress NOW because if you don't you will pay for it. Crohns is related to diet and stress no matter what your doctors say. For everyone, diet is different but eating small meals frequently helps. And avoid sugary foods, processed foods and alcohol. I know it sounds hard but believe me if you don't change your life style you won't feel well with Crohns. The good news is that if you do take care of yourself (meditation etc) you should be ok All the best
